Our union enters into Memorandum of Understanding with Swedish Medical Center

Our union signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Swedish Medical Center that addresses COVID-19 temporary premium pay, temporary supplemental pay, time-off and benefits programs. The agreement allows us to collaboratively take precautions to keep patients and caregivers safe and to have the appropriate staff available to meet patients’ needs.
